Our client a leading company in UAE is seeking a senior management team to support the company¿s investment objectives both within the UAE and internationally. The role will involve complete financial analysis, modeling, deal structuring, business analysis, investment appraisal and due diligence for new investments, portfolio assets as well as exits. You will also be tasked with project management of the due diligence process, monitoring and reporting of portfolio companies and interaction with a wide variety of external stakeholders. Assist to devise and execute deal structures and able to provide support with various product initiatives (eg M&A, Capital Markets)

You must have more than three years¿ experience and this may have been gained in the financial services industry, private equity/fund management/investment banking/international consultancy.. You will be personable, possess strong presentation and communication skills and be a good team fit. You will also demonstrate commercial nous and entrepreneurial traits as well as a passion for investing.
Relevant Skills and Experience
Financial modeling &Investment appraisal
Research skills (industry, political, corporate) ¿ knowledge of Bloomberg is a must
Strategic thinking towards increasing company profitability
Business planning& Valuation skills
Corporate Finance knowledge

Professional qualification (CFA, chartered accountant, MBA) and/or postgraduate qualification is a must
