Our client, a holding company based in Qatar is looking forward to Manager - Telecommunications & Security Systems Department (TSD)

Scope and General Purpose

Plan, direct, and coordinate all operations of telecommunications & security systems
Department (TSD)

Main Duties

¿ To develop the telecommunications and Security system related business in corporate and project segment.
¿ Leading the sales team and achieving the set objectives through them.
¿ Identifying potential clients for business.
¿ Approaching the clients and consultants and negotiating the sales.
¿ Closing the sales and executing the same.
¿ Procurement of products required for the projects and coordinating with the manufacturers for the same.
¿ Managing the inventory of the department at optimum levels.
¿ Liaising with customer¿s finance department for payments.
¿ Good analytical skills.
¿ Set targets in conjunction with higher management, fellow managers and departmental staff to ensure that set targets are achieved within the specified time frame and budgeted limits.
¿ Always be accountable for departmental performance and achievement of set goals and objectives.
¿ Must be well acquainted with institutional business.
¿ Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
¿ Must be a Team player.
¿ Must have the ability to lead a team.
¿ Must be able to multi task.
¿ Must be organized and methodical.
¿ Must be able to work well under pressure.
¿ Must have good computer skills especially in MS office.
¿ Good presentation skills are essential.
