Job description
¿ Should be a dynamic, result-oriented person for the position of PRINCIPAL, a challenging role with excellent growth prospects. The ideal candidate should have a Masters degree with B.Ed. and should be within the age group of 40 to 45 years with at least 7 to 10 years of experience as head of a renowned and well established ( You can enter the Syllabus) School.¿ Applicant should have minimum 10 yrs of experience as a Principal/Vice Principal or Head Master with proven administrative skill.
¿ For this pro-active role, it is expected you will be highly motivated, energetic and possess the qualities needed to bring people together, inspire confidence, identify opportunities and establish new initiatives.
¿ To be the successful applicant for this role you will need to demonstrate experience in effective interpersonal communication skills/ educational leadership; and a thorough understanding of current curriculum requirements;
¿ Commitment to continuous school improvement and development of the instructional program, particularly the pedagogy of teachers.
¿ Education Required: (UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, B.Ed) AND (PG - Any PG Course)/ PHD holder is a must.
¿ Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in similar position/ Total of 10 years experience as professor/ teacher in a school.
¿ Arab Nationals only Preferably Emirati.
¿ Age between 45 ¿ 55 years old.
