Job description

This vacancy is with our client, undertaking projects in oil & gas sector.

Technical / Business Skills:
¿ Ability to extract data from EDMS and compile correspondence records, document record logs and status reports.
¿ Efficient document recording/distribution and expediting of project document deliverables to multidiscipline project teams.
¿ Familiar with transmittal/submittal protocols for document receipt, dispatch, distribution and recording purposes.
¿ Ability to set up and implement a Project Document Distribution and Review Matrix.

Interpersonal Skills:
¿ Proficient Verbal and Written English.
¿ Ability to gather document progress/status from multidiscipline project teams and compile expediting/overdue reports.
Competencies:
¿ Proficient in the use of Excel and/ or data base files.
¿ Methodical and organized.
¿ Accurate and punctual.
Business & Industry Experience:
¿ Familiar with FEED, EPC and Oil & Gas technical documentation and jargon.
¿ Understands and distinguishes the various document sorts, types and their distribution to appropriate disciplines/departments.
¿ Familiar working in Client office environments and Client document filing structures.
Educational Attainments:
Higher Diploma or Certificate in project administration.
