Job description
Our client, a steel manufacturing company is looking forward to recruit Manpower Planning & Budgeting Officer¿ Develop proper planning and budgeting including but not limited to manpower, recruitment, employee replacements as well as assessment of current manpower profile for flexibility, experience, capabilities and potential for normal turnover, staff movements, retirements and succession planning
¿ Assists Head of Manpower Planning, Budgeting and Recruitment in developing the needed manpower and recruitment plans. Implementing the proposal and develop draft Organization Chart for Senior Management approval for hiring
¿ Should have Bachelors in Human Resources management, Business administration, organizational development with minimum 3-4 years experience in Manpower planning
