Job description
One of our client who deals with Nutrition & diet food is look out for a Outlet café Mgr & their responsibilities are as follows:-¿ Managing daily operations.
¿ Assist in preparation of budget, sales, and marketing plans for the outlet
¿ Maintain departmental standard operating procedures manuals and ensures that all colleagues have working knowledge and follows them.
¿ Manages the level consistency and quality of table and or counter service of all menu items.
¿ Consistently monitors the quality of food and beverages served and service quality.
¿ Achieves sales and profit targets and enhances the margins through effective stock management and minimizing controllable costs.
¿ Conducts performance appraisals for employees in the outlet, Health safety and hygiene regulations
¿ Nationality: Female Arab Only!!!!!
