Job description
Main Focus¿Responsible for design, development, implementation and coordination of building internal capability and competencies within the organization to deliver the desired results and enhance operational efficiency
¿This includes Coaching and mentoring through guided experience transfer, implemented as on-the-job¿training of Divisional/Departmental staff with emphasis on UAE National employees during and after their development period.

Office Administrators, Department Trainers/OJTs, Competency Assessors, Coaches and Mentors
Main Roles and Responsibilities:
¿Define, develop and deliver effective knowledge transfer and functional training programs for all identified Divisional/Departmental employees within SKT field of experience.
¿Review, advise and analyse personal development plans and training interventions required for Divisional/Departmental staff to ensure alignment between staff skills profiles with the present and future requirements.
¿Prepare employee knowledge transfer plans, monitor the work activities and ensure effective implementation of the program.
¿Conduct periodic assessment of employees participating in the Knowledge transfer program, analyse assessment results and identify the knowledge & skill gaps.
¿Prepare periodic reports on the knowledge transfer program progress and provide regular feedback to the ML&D (Via SKT Focal Point).
¿Coordinate Coaching and Mentoring for identified staff with emphasis on UAE national employees in close liaison with functional Department Heads and L&D Department and outside training centres.
¿Provide technical advice to Department Heads and concerned staff in appropriate functional intervention and actions required to optimise learning and development.
¿Develop and prepare real work activities where applicable to be included in the DFW for assignment 4.
¿Perform the role of an Assessor, Verifier and Observer where applicable as and when required.
¿Coordinate and observe the CAMS/ CAS assessment and verification system to ensure standardization of skills and knowledge attainment with appropriate processes and procedures.
¿Work in close coordination with Learning & Development personnel to ensure that the CAMS, CAS and Career Development KPIs are met where applicable and prepare the required periodic progress reports in accordance with the system requirement.
Minimum Requirements
¿Instrument or Electrical Bachelor¿s degree or equivalent
¿15 years diversified experience of which at least 10 years in supervisory capacity, with in-depth knowledge of Departmental work processes and systems.
¿Ability to effectively transfer knowledge and skills and conduct Training Sessions related to Technical aspects of the job.
¿Good Computer skills in MS Office with SAP system familiarization
¿Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
¿Good Coaching and mentoring skills with relevant experience.
¿Good consulting, facilitation and organization skills.
¿Strong initiative with achievement and result orientation
