Job description
We are looking forward to recruit a Highly Skilled and an Experienced Project Fit Out Manager to join the team based in Sharjah which is a leading Retail group. The Project Manager will be responsible to Supervise the overall architectural design, fit out, electric works and other changing requirements, Create and execute project work plans, Identify resources needed, Direct the development and implementation of multiple projects management strategies / plans, Assist in Identifying and selection of Design & Build Contractors, Involved in the design and execution of fit out Projects, Vendors/Suppliers and other external Agencies, Perform site visits, Understand basic revenue models, P/L, and cost-to-completion projections and make decisions accordingly, Accurately forecasts revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization.Ideal candidate would be the one who has experienced in Designing the luxury retail outlets
