Job description
One of the group of companies in UAE is recruiting for the above positions:-¿ Manage the overall operations of business units; execute plans to achieve maximum profitability for the business. Manage the execution of works, execute plans to overcome crisis.
¿ Manage the operations of the business units under his division.
¿ Discuss the annual budget with the President of the company and on approval, follow up with the reporting managers in achieving the targets, execute plans to maximize revenue and reduce cost.
¿ Manage the real estate and foreign investments in the overseas and follow up the management of private properties of the owners aligned with the President.
¿ Commercial Real Estate Certification preferred.
¿ Minimum 15 years experience in facility management, properties management and maintenance with 10 years in a leadership role.
¿ Experience in financial analysis, and transaction management; including active involvement in corporate real estate acquisition/disposition/leasing.
¿ Salary:45,000 AED
