Job description

¿ Follow up Construction/Pre-com. activities on Utilities area and report areas of concern to the Management & ensure the progress of the activities as per the Pre-commissioning & Commissioning plan
¿ Support to CSL and plan and raise the work permits in Offsite areas to carry out the critical Commissioning activities.
¿ The jobholder plans, directs and participates in providing Utility technology related services for the plant. Initiates study, conducts process audits and recommends plant/field modifications to improve efficiency, productivity, safety, and technology updates.
¿ Provides utility design and engineering for plant modification projects.
¿ Works with other specialist personnel to develop detailed utility and equipment design and specifications and to installation and commissioning of project facilities in accordance with appropriate standards.
¿ Check the Commissioning procedures and implementation and troubleshooting during commissioning/Start-up and operations
¿ Liaise with Subcontractors Vendors and the Client system engineers
¿ Proficiency of English Language & good negotiation & analytical Skills
¿ At Least 15 years in Oil & Gas Plant Expert (Pre-Comm. & Comm. Phases)
¿ Good Physical ability is required.
