Job description

This vacancy is with our client, leading Global Company providing services in oil & gas sector.

Main role would be handling the reception, front Desk tasks, perform secretarial tasks related to the administration of the office including issue edit memos, circulars as and when needed, perform HSE specific tasks, contribute to create a good social climate within the company

Essential responsibilities will include:

¿ Handle the front desk tasks and coordinate the reception of the visitors with the concerned person and or assistant
¿ Handle the switchboard, mail and courier
¿ Issue Petty Cash vouchers and obtain the required approvals prior to payment
¿ Prepare Local Purchase Orders as and when requested as per Company procedures
¿ Follow-up consumables and stationary levels on weekly basis and issue purchase orders to replenish the stocks
¿ Follow-up the daily movement of company cars and drivers as and when requested
¿ Handle hotel and flight booking as and when requested

Minimum Requirements:
Ideal candidate should hold a university diploma in business administration or any relevant degree with 2 years experience in a customer-focused, administrative or secretary capacity preferably in multinational company
Should be highly professional, motivated and able to work effective and efficiently under pressure.
