Job description

Your role will encompass all aspects of sales and operations of businesses in your state. Your pivotal responsibilities will be achieving sales targets, recruitment, planning and organization of your business and effectively liaising with relevant departments to ensure the right stock range for each location.
¿ Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
¿ Responsible for the performance and development of the sales executives.
¿ Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans to penetrate new markets.
¿ Conducts one-on-one review with all staff to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of sales and activity performance.
¿ Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing .
¿ Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Sales Executives.
¿ Creates and conducts proposal presentations and responses.
¿ Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
¿ Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations.
¿ Extensive experience in all aspects of Retail Management.
¿ Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
¿ Willingness to travel and visit the retail shops regularly.
¿ Preferred- Arabic Female candidates with 5-7 years of experience in retail fashion sales.
