Our client, a leading oil and gas company based in Abu Dhabi is looking forward to recruit Asset & Operating Integrity Section Head

The main challenges of this position are proper upkeep of the equipments in different plants and a coherent Asset Integrity management system which is of utmost importance to ensure process safety. It is a major challenge to aid the organization to develop and maintain high levels of Asset Integrity awareness and competency aiding senior site leadership with enhancing the right Integrity Culture, fostering a strong, respected advisory capability with senior plant management and staff as well as to establish common Integrity Management principles and approach for all sites with effective communication among HQ and other sites

Basic Function and Scope
To advise, provide technical expertise and facilitate the effective implementation of company¿s Asset Integrity Policy, AIRMS Framework, Process safety Management Standard and related procedures to ensure overall long term Process Safety and Integrity with emphasis on Technical, Operational and Design Integrity and ensure its awareness all personnel within the plant

Task, Duties and Accountabilities
¿ To assist in the implementation of Asset Integrity Policy and AIRMS compliance driven programs and the development / updating of Integrity Critical procedures including definition of responsibilities for actions and follow-up. Monitor and report that all HSE Critical Testing Regimes are as per company¿s Integrity and Reliability requirements
¿ To maintain the site Integrity vision for the 5 year look ahead, and coordinate the site Asset Integrity Improvement Programme to achieve it, ensuring that deliverables are understood and progress is measured and reported. To ensure that all identified risks are mitigated to ALARP, and that risk controls remain effective
¿ To develop annual and five year Integrity Plans for the division on the basis of IA Divison plans.
¿ To lead the investigation team for site Integrity Incidents and Integrity Near misses (particularly, all forms of Loss of Containment and significant causes of equipment to `fail to danger¿), categorize root causes, provide advice on solutions and publicize lessons learnt. Assess and distribute Integrity alerts that will assist the site, and also generate them for learning when appropriate to share
¿ To provide input to identifying Key Performance Indicators. Monitor and report integrity assurance KPI¿s, on critical systems and equipment, including integrity management systems. Provide guidance, retain appropriate compliance records and document any non-compliance with executed corrective actions. Verify and report on the quarterly Integrity KPI report to both Plant Division and Integrity Division Management
¿ To verify that SAP and Inspection Data Management System (IDMS) data quality relating to integrity is effectively maintained
¿ To lead or participate in level 1 technical integrity audits within the plant, and participate in level 2 and level 3 audits. To liaise with site management to obtain site agreement to audit actions & record them in company¿s Reliability & Integrity Actions Tracking System. Follow up timely close out and provide Periodic update status
¿ To ensure that management of Change process (Plant Change Request Procedure) is understood and followed for all changes requiring a PCR. To participate in site PCR evaluations to confirm integrity is being assured, and participate with Post Implementation Review. Frequently audit the PCR process to confirm risks are being controlled
¿ To coordinate the implementation of the Long Term Asset Replacement Plan Study
¿ To facilitate the implementation of Operating windows accompanied with frequent audit for improvements
¿ To advise and support Integrity Assurance Training /awareness within the plant for all staff. Help in development, implementation and audit of necessary integrity competence requirements for maintenance, inspection and verification activities
¿ To discuss and share information on Integrity Assurance issues, concerns and best practices with other Site Integrity Advisors
¿ To facilitate and follow-up the implementation of HSECES Performance standards and Process Safety Management Standards

Determine own work methods according to established policy, practice and specialized professional/technical standards. Completed assignments are subject to general review and direction

Minimum Requirements
¿ B.Sc in Engineering or equivalent engineering qualification
¿ 9 years experience in operations, 4 years of which must have been in a Senior Supervisory capacity
¿ Good knowledge of written and spoken English
¿ Very good communication skills
