Job description
-Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management/Crew Management or any other related field-6to 8 yrs experience in a Offshore Support vessels industry ¿ mandatory
-Must have working knowledge of STCW 95 and flag state regulations as well as industry requirement
-Must be experienced in recruiting for offshore personnel within the marine industry
-Very organized, able to multi task, willing to work flexible hours
Can cope well under pressure, good attention to detail
-Microsoft Office (Excel, word and PowerPoint)
-Negotiation and interviewing skills and good into communication skills
-Nationality ¿ Western European
-Salary ¿ 20000-24000 AED
-Location - Qatar
