Qualification : Bachelor of Science/Management, MBA certification is an added advantageExperience : 6+ Experience and Performance Management
¿ Assist Senior Planning and Planning Analyst (SPA & PA) in achieving their deliverables
¿ Understand and Strategic Management and Performance Management System & processes
¿ Understand the SMART Objective & KPIs (Scorecards) in the Performance Contract of all functions and divisions
¿ Maintain KPI index cards & also develop/amend for the new or existing KPIs
