Job description

¿ To develop and execute both long and short term plans to meet technical integrity on rotating equipment including implementation on condition monitoring programs.
¿ To prepare five year and yearly business plans and execution, develop shut down plans and execution.
¿ To compile/provide input for preparation of division/department Capital, Operating and 5 Year Plan budgets, and monitor/control expenditure.
¿ To prepare scope of work, execute and follow up for OEM services and refurbishment work.
¿ To complete major overhauls within stipulated time frame.
¿ To enforce the implementation of company Health, Safety and Environment Management System (HSE-MS) and also promote awareness of its use among all division and department personnel.
¿ To ensure development & implementation of Competency Based Training & Development programs, through use of Personal Development Plans (PDP¿s) and UAE Nationalization directives.
¿ To coordinate with OES/ESR department in Head Office for managing Insurance Spares refurbishment work.
¿ To improve equipment performance by efficient application of condition based maintenance techniques.
¿ To develop, implement and manage resources and Specialist Services required for rotating equipment and HV motors.
¿ To provide plant change support for rotating equipment.
¿ Continually review and initiate corrective action to maintain minimum stock, repairable and insurance stock on spare parts.
¿ Troubleshoot and resolve chronic problems by Root Cause Failure Analysis.
¿ To be the single focal point to resolve problems on rotating equipment and equipment acceptance on new projects, plant additions.
