Job description

This vacancy is with our client, French Collaboration Company undertaking projects in oil & gas sector.

Profile:
To prepare fully populate and maintain the ICAPS database for pre-commissioning and commissioning requirements, and include provision of reporting format to satisfy project technical progress in respect with project objectives and milestones.

Activities:
¿ Report to commissioning Team Leader
¿ In charge of the overall project review for set up of the ICAPS database including necessary links/cross reference to sub systems and available engineering information, as required by the Commissioning Leader
¿ Review input of engineering data by subsystem, itemize basic functions, equipment checks etc
¿ Responsible for tracking, reviewing and assisting the inputting information from the Engineering registers into ICAPS (project completion software package for tracking status)
¿ Ensure that the ICAPS network is available to all project parties
¿ Auditing the content of the completion and handover packages and assist with review process to ensure their completeness during the various stages of transition
¿ Specific pre-commissioning and commissioning progress reporting tools and indicators shall be developed
Required Skills:
¿ Must be an experienced ICAPS administrator and setting up project ICAPS database
¿ ICAPS Operator only will also be considered
¿ Must have worked on offshore projects, preferably brownfield ¿ with experience in hook-up and commissioning
¿ Although multidiscipline experienced, preferable more experience din piping and pipeline interfaces population
¿ Must have OPERCOM experience
¿ Experience in developing offshore pre-commissioning/commissioning procedures and Dossiers to OPERCOM requirements.
¿ Fluent in English
¿ Good written and communication English
¿ Ability to work with different disciplines and cultures

¿ Fully conversant with the OPERCOM & ICAPS database
¿ Engineering/documentation and IT background is essential, including previous experience of setting up project ICAPS including reporting and planning requirements.
¿ Min 5 years previous experience of working and administration of OPERCOM/ICAPS is essential
¿ 10 years operational/commissioning background within the oil & gas industry
¿ Experience in managing ICAPS on previous project in the client environment
¿ Able to train up personnel to be able to maintain ICAPS after population and set up
