Job description
¿ Team planning on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis in line with AMMCs fleet sales plan.¿ Day to day controlling and reporting any plan deviations.
¿ Look for or initiate any business opportunities to grow fleet sales in branch.
¿ To manage and follow up directly on key accounts within branch or area.
¿ Coordinate with other departments through AMMCs hierarchy to increase customer retention and growth ratios.
¿ Measuring and designing teams development requirements such as training (Technical & Sales).
¿ Experience in auto sales.
¿ Auto Sales Finance Knowledge.
¿ Team leading experience is a Must!!!
