Job description

¿ Total 5- 7 yrs experience in Retail shop and real estate
¿ Ensure that policies and procedures of facilities management strategic goals and objectives are followed
¿ Facilitate the implementation of building system repair and replacement solutions, in coordination with the Group Facilities Manager, using in-house and third party professional services.
¿ Manage , coordinate and monitor planned preventive maintenance, service & repair activities of all facilities , take charge of all emergencies and ensure responsible back- up is also available in order to take corrective action as necessary.
¿ Ensure all health, safety & security requirements are met in accordance with civil defense and other regulatory bodies etc including testing water systems, fire systems, cradle systems, A/C systems, swimming pools etc.
¿ Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification relevant to facilities management.
