Our client, a leading drilling company based in Abu Dhabi is looking forward to recruit Training Center ManagerJob Description
¿ To run various training and development programs for staff, with particular emphasis on development of UAE national youngsters in technical & semi-technical jobs and English Language. The Center is under Human Resources Division, and the incumbent will be directly reporting to the HRM.
¿ The Training Center is newly established, with exclusive state-of-the-art labs for Mechanical, Electrical, HSE, English Language, etc.
Minimum Requirements
¿ The candidate should be having ample experience - not less than 15 years - out of which minimum 5 years¿ experience in leading/managing a training facility (preferably in oil/gas sector - drilling field)
¿ He should be bilingual, having fluency in English
¿ Age ¿ below 55
