Job description

It¿s a strategic HR role and will work closely with Vice President Corporate support and senior managements to define and align HR strategy with the overall company strategy, and fosters and maintain trusting and credible relationships to ensure that the HR is a strategic partner and to provide a quick accurate professional HR in line with the organizational policies, procedures and legal requirements.
¿ Responsible for providing comprehensive HR partnership to the reporting head and senior management.
¿ Champion change and act as an advisor and coach to make HR as strategic partners in organization¿s planning, design and development
¿ Identify root causes and create strategic solutions for people strategy, performance management, total rewards, staffing, employee relations, diversity, retention, learning, complex associate relations issues, communications, change management, succession planning, and leadership and management development.
¿ Participate and redesign the aspects of organizational culture and inhibit the delivery of what is been desired in the way of speed, quality, and service levels, or whatever needs improvement. Provide appropriate and guidance / support to the HR Department/Section Heads in the respective areas or services.
¿ Drive HR people to strategy development and implementation to promote HR as strategic partners, ensuring that the HR team contribute to the business decisions, develop business acumen, customer oriented and how to link HR practices to organizational business strategy.
¿ Drive change management for all organizational change request while assessing and communicating impact on Org Structure and Strategies in coordination with Strategic and Corporate Communication Division/ Department.
¿ Measure HR contribution ¿ HR Scorecard, implement HR budgeting system to ensure HR is continuous improvement to retain its relevance as strategic partner
¿ Work on special projects as a Subject Matter Expert for DACC-DWC as and when required.
¿ Mentor, train, and develop UAE nationals
¿ Master in Business Administration preferably specialized in Organization Development, Human Resource Management
¿ Demonstrate and ability to partner with senior management leaders in developing and executing strategies to drive business
¿ Know how in HR Scorecard and Lean Management & ability to do HR diagnostics and execute HR interventions
¿ High proficient in English and Arabic Language will be added advantage
¿ Salary ¿ As per industry standard.
¿ Minimum 12 years with versatility of all spheres in HR in similar role having consulting and coaching experiences and experienced in similar or multi-national Industry is highly desired
