Job description

¿ Assist in developing the Standard Operating Manual and implementing the same for customer services including service Quality Standards across the various departments in the company.
¿ Communicate with head of departments in understanding the different services being provided.
¿ Ensure that the customer service levels in the company are regularly updated so that service excellence is achieved.
¿ Prepare customer dossiers and organization charts
¿ Collate end of project feedback forms
¿ Betterment of client relations by acknowledging Client birthdays and anniversaries
¿ Participate in the customer service forum within the company, comprising of all customer service related personnel.
¿ Maintain records of all customer service activity pertaining to all departments within the company
