Job description
¿ Assist in developing the Standard Operating Manual and implementing the same for customer services including service Quality Standards across the various departments in the company.¿ Communicate with head of departments in understanding the different services being provided.
¿ Ensure that the customer service levels in the company are regularly updated so that service excellence is achieved.
¿ Prepare customer dossiers and organization charts
¿ Collate end of project feedback forms
¿ Betterment of client relations by acknowledging Client birthdays and anniversaries
¿ Participate in the customer service forum within the company, comprising of all customer service related personnel.
¿ Maintain records of all customer service activity pertaining to all departments within the company
