Job description

¿ Facilitates the implementation of change within Ruwais Refinery systems, procedures, business processes, operating practices, products and behaviours through identification of improvement opportunities, communication with concerned personnel and monitoring of outcomes.

Minimum Requirements:
¿ B.Sc. in Chemical, Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering,
¿ Minimum 10 years¿ experience in the petroleum refining/hydrocarbon processing industry with at least 8 years in a similar role.
¿ Knowledge of the Oil and Gas Industry
¿ Knowledge of refinery systems, procedures and key performance indicators
¿ Understands flow diagrams, SwimLane diagrams and fishbone analysis
¿ Experience in using management systems such as MAXIMO and SAP
¿ Able to analyse and interpret data
¿ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
¿ Excellent organisational, management and planning skills
