Job description
¿ Will be the head and responsible for the entire restaurant and retail operations.¿ Will be required to identify locations and set up restaurants of similar or different concepts.
¿ To manage and lead a chain of multiple restaurants.
¿ Drive for P&L success.
¿ Overseeing the opening of new restaurants;
? Selecting pre-opening team for new restaurant.
? Inspecting all equipments for safety and operations.
? Conducting on-job training for the pre-opening team.
Must have in-depth knowledge in pre opening activities of restaurants!!
