Job description
Candidates having minimum 5-8 Yrs experience in Recruitment, Competency Management, Job Grading, Developing the existing HR Policies & Procedures is wanted by our client based in Abu Dubai.Roles & Responsibilities:
¿Competency Mapping Framework.
¿Develop HR policies, procedures & HR Manual and ensuring HR programs are aligned to the vision, mission and objectives of the company
¿Develop and implement the Job grading system .
¿Oversee and participate in all processes pertaining to recruitment, retention, terminations, promotions, compensation, benefits
¿Responsible for Manpower Planning & Recruitments.
¿Training Planning
¿Formulation & Implementation of HR Policies & Procedures.
¿Knowledge of UAE Labour Laws.
Arab Candidates Preferred!!!!
MBA in HR or CIPD or equivalent
