Job description
¿ Deliver training sessions for new employees & the existing employees across regions.¿ Organize mystery shopping exercises & shop visits to validate training effectiveness
¿ Manage the training MIS
¿ Conversant with all Training related processes viz. Need identification, validation, Training calendar roll out, program creation, post training mentoring e.t.c
¿ An experienced trainer and facilitator, with sound experience of up front delivery of soft skills training
¿ Excellent communication
¿ Presentation skills
¿ Good personality and well groomed
¿ 4-8 years relevant experience in delivering training in a retail/banking/sales/hospitality/ corporate environment!!!!
¿ Salary:10,000 To 14,000 AED
