Job description
¿ To co-ordinate activities to define a bill of quantities for costing purposes.¿ To provide accurate, comprehensive and competitive cost proposals up to tender settlement stage
¿ To safeguard the Companys contractual position at all times.
¿ To analyse enquiry documents for the issue of sub-contract packages.
¿ To submit tenders, follow up and negotiate to Contract award, either individually or as part of a team.
¿ To carry out tender surveys either individually or in conjunction with Operations.
¿ Responsible for pre & post Contract
¿ Working alongside the Design Team to ensure projects are executed within budget and to a high standard
¿ Reading drawings, specifications and Terms & Conditions of Contracts
