Job description

¿ 10 ¿ 15 years with a Property developer or Consultant in a senior position in UAE or Middle East.
¿ Fully conversant with all aspects (technical, contractual and administrative) of medium to large scale commercial / residential projects.
¿ Knowledge of construction and tendering procedures and contracts/legal issues.
¿ Capable of handling multiple projects, negotiation, liaison and coordination with Consultants.
¿ Familiar with the Municipality, Civil Defense and other local authority
¿ Well versed in English, Capable of General departmental and office administration, etc.
¿ Graduate in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
