Job description

¿ Monitor preparation of sales targets by brands by stores
¿ Approve OTB limits in discussion with respective brand managers
¿ Develop pricing norms across brands
¿ Strategize marketing activities along with marketing manager for different brand managers
¿ Participate in identification and evaluation of new brands along with GM in line with overall company strategy and policy
¿ Develop strategic relationship with key principals, along with Brand Managers
¿ Drive department heads to introduce best practices in the respective functions
¿ Monitor sales across locations and identify areas of improvement for
? Increasing footfalls
? Conversion of footfalls
? Sales of merchandise at full price
? Reducing costs of operations
¿ Identify ways for Improving customer¿s shopping experience and ensure implementation of same across locations
¿ Ensure adherence of services standards
¿ Analyze brand and stores performance to assist in decision making for brand expansion/ closure
¿ Conceptualize ways to leverage brands for development of customer loyalty programs
¿ Prepare and forward key MIS to top management
¿ Plan manpower requirements for operations and merchandising function
¿ Plan staffing requirements for new stores
¿ Monitor staffing norms for stores in line with the company stores and international standards
¿ Review monthly performance on sales and analyze any potential risks
