? Graduate/ MBA or Post Graduate with an experience in working in the Travel & Tourism Industry for over a period of 10 years, the last 5 years of which should be in a similar position.? Should have experience in the UAE market.
? Effective & Dynamic Leader.
? Ability to Innovate and enhance procedures and methods to increase productivity & cost effectiveness.
? Planning, Organizing, Motivating, Directing and Controlling, Good Business acumen, contacts and etiquette, People management skills.
? In-depth knowledge and understanding of systems and processes, Marketing and Negotiation.
? Any Nationality. We need profiles of candidates in UAE.
