Personal Assistant to MD

This vacancy is for our client, reputed Hotels based in Abu Dhabi

Ideal candidate would have previous experience working as an Executive Secretary/Personal Assistant and be able to handle a wide range of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

¿ Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
¿ Experience and proven proficiency in Microsoft® Outlook®, Word, PowerPoint® and Excel® are required
¿ Managing diaries, travel arrangements and performing a variety of administrative duties
¿ Provide expert administrative support on projects
¿ Act as a contact for visitors and incoming calls from clients and associates
¿ Assist in coordinating regular in house events for clients
¿ To provide support for the daily operations of the team on an ad-hoc basis
¿ Prefer Europeans
