Job description
¿ Assumes overall responsibility for the contractual and commercial issues related to his Project(s), together with full liaison with PD/PM in preparation and satisfactory settlement of Final Account with Engineer/Employer and all Subcontract accounts.¿ Preparation and/or review and agreement with Engineer/Client of all commercial & contractual matters, including but not limited to all correspondence Notices, Claims, VOs/COs, EOT etc. in the maximization of the Companys entitlement under the Contract.
¿ Prompt and clear identification/summary of all commercial risks, together with providing suitable and timely advice to the PD/PM
¿ Review and Final approval of all Monthly Interim Progress Payment Applications including VO accounts, EOT claims
¿ Attending all/any Site Progress meetings and Contractual / Commercial discussions with the Engineer/Employer
¿ Time and Claims presentations, narratives and evaluations including detailed delay analysis.
¿ Coordinate the preparation of project site budget, projected cash flow of all projects and administer Sub-Contractors and Suppliers registration, approval and termination.
