Our client, a leading contracting company is looking forward to recruit Secretary

Responsibilities
- Reporting to the GM
- Attending meetings and taking minutes
- Preparing and issuing correspondence by email, couriered letter and fax, as required
- Organize internal and external events
- Handle incoming mail and other material

Minimum Requirement
- 3-5 years experience in secretarial role with contracting /construction company
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Knowledge and experience of relevant software applications - MS Office - spreadsheets, word processing, and database management
- Should be confident and should have a pleasing personality
