Job description

Our client, a prestigious refinery company based in Abu Dhabi is looking forward to recruit candidates for the above position.

Duties & Responsibilities
¿ Prepares and implements detailed maintenance work procedure and practices for all activities, ensuring that activities are carried out safely, recommending alternative maintenance frequencies based on equipment history or as a optimization.
¿ Provides overall supervision over the implementation of predictive, preventive, corrective, modification and major shutdown maintenance programmes on a wide variety of microprocessor.
¿ Participates in planning activities related to the improvement and modernization of control systems in the plant as well as giving final recommendations, assigning priority for recommended reliability studies to ensure optimum equipment availability.
¿ Monitors the performance and maintenance cost for various instrumentation equipment includes providing recommendations to enhance maintainability, alleviate operations anomalies and minimize maintenance cost such equipment
¿ Ensures that effective records are kept and updated for all instruments and evaluates the economic considerations at all times in determining a particular course of action.

Requirements
Bsc in Instrumentation or Electronics Engineering with 9 years experience in installation, maintenance and repair of a wide range of Instrumentation including 4 years exp in senior supervisory positions
