Our client, a prestigious refinery company based in Abu Dhabi is looking forward to recruit candidates for the above position.


Responsibilities
¿ Coordinates operational activities in the various operating areas, troubleshoots units day-today problems and provides technical support / advise to Department Manager and Section Heads In the operational aspects of the units.
¿ Assumes the functions of Operations Sections Head on Oil Movement, Jetty, Refinerires Utilities and Sulphur Handling Terminal during annual, mission and traiing leaves of the section heads to maintain safe and smooth operation by determining & specifying operating parameters, indicating details of any procedures required on regular basis to achieve production targets.
¿ Reviews start up, shutdown, emergency and other operating procedures and standing instructions for all units in the department and update them according to the best practices and the operational experiences.
¿ Plans Units Shutdowns and turnaround programmes in coordination with Maintenance Planning Section Head.
¿ Studies and analyzes equipment / unit¿s performance and issues all types of modification requests.
¿ Coordinates with relevant engineering disciplines, the data collection for new projects definition and new facilities description.

Requirements
B.Sc in Chemical Engineering or equivalent with 7 years diversified experience in Refinery / Gas processing operations. Should have Valid UAE Driving License
