Job description
¿ The achievement of Overall Retail Deposit Growth.¿ Minimum 1:1 growth with Asset portfolio (self Funding).
¿ Minimum 30% of Deposit mix to be CASA.
¿ Joint responsibility/accountability with Head of Branches
¿ As with BM¿s and RM¿s KPI¿s will be quarterly and he/she will initially report to Head of Retail.
¿ Good business letter writing skills.
¿ Ability to effectively communicate in English and Arabic
