Job description

Our client, Leading Group of Companies in UAE is looking for a competent and highly experienced PA/ Executive Secretary with minimum 5 years experience with excellent command of English language and standard secretarial duties is required to work full time at the Chairman¿s office.

Duties cover management of the Chairman¿s diary and main office as well as sites¿ construction offices and liaison with all team members of Projects and developments.

The candidate should have relevant prior experience as a secretary/PA to top management
¿ Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
¿ Excellent interpersonal skills
¿ Should have ability to multitask and work under pressure even at odd times
¿ Be well organized
¿ Prefer Europeans who are immediately available for joining
