Here is a good opportunity with one of our clients which is a leading Perfume Industry for the post of a Factory Manager.
Responsibilities:
¿ You will be responsible to plan production meetings, activities, machine maintenance plans, product quality and budgets.
¿ Ensure proper planning, formulating, organizing, controlling and directing production activities.
¿ Planning and executing further expansion strategy and aligning it with general plant strategy.
¿ Establish the production methods to obtain maximum productivity
Requirements:
¿ MUST posses excellent knowledge of production machinery and techniques
¿ Ability to solve complex manufacturing problems
