Job description
Our client is leading perfumes and cosmetics distributor in UAE, was established in 1982. Company represents over 50 premium brands. This trading company is looking forward to recruiting an AREA Manager ¿ Sales & Marketing¿ Reporting directly to the Regional Manager
¿ Candidate should be a graduate, preferably with specialization in sales and marketing with a minimum of 6 ¿ 8 years of brand management experience in the Luxury background.
¿ Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
¿ Analyze profitability and conduct brand analysis to ensure maximum efficiency is achieved by selecting right product brands to fit the consumer profile of the store
¿ Organize regular feedback to both suppliers and distributors together with training staff on brand awareness
¿ Monitor trends in Middle East markets and identify opportunities for future business development
¿ Individual who can drive the business & become ¿efficient link¿ between principal, sub distributors, retail partners
¿ Should be good in presentation skills along with huge initiative drive
¿ Full of patience but consistent by character, charismatic personality with relevant management experience and driven by sales numbers
¿ Male (Must be willing to travel to Saudi)
¿ Between 25 ¿ 35 years
¿ Salary range 20000 -25000 AED
