Our client, a leading oil refinery company based in Abu Dhabi is looking forward to recruit Refinery Strategy and Change Management Section Head

Responsibilities
Supervises Ruwais Refinery operational strategy development and facilitates strategy implementation, change management and continuous improvements in Refinery systems and procedures.

Minimum Requirements

¿ Bachelor of Science in Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum Engineering or equivalent degree.
¿ Minimum 20 years¿ experience in a refinery or petrochemical plant with at least 15 years in a strategy and change management or similar role.
¿ Knowledge of oil refinery operations
¿ Strategy and change management experience.
¿ Knowledge of decision analysis, strategy assessment and techno-economic analysis.
¿ Knowledge of organisational and business processes and staff dynamics
¿ Planning and strategic thinking skills
¿ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
¿ Proven ability to educate and motivate
¿ Experience working with multi-discipline teams
¿ Decision analysis, and excellent report writing skills
