Job description
¿ Support areas/locations of the Business by providing HR services to assigned customer group(s).¿ Organizational Development, including:
- Conflict Management
- Coaching and Counseling
- Job design and enrichment
- Employee development planning (Individual Development Planning/Organization Development Review)
¿ Provide staffing and recruiting support in partnership with CBS
¿ As a partner with CBS, manage compensation process and link with benefits administration
¿ Provide counsel regarding compliance with key government legislated requirements, i.e. Affirmative Action/EEO, Safety/OSHA, ADA
¿ Applicants must be from Manufacturing or Processing Industry
¿ Bachelor degree with 3 to 4 years of HR experiences.
¿ HR related certifications and HR professional certifications
¿ Ideally someone who has exposure to Qatar market so that they are aware of rules and regulations.
