POSITION: General Manager-Beverages
If you are a professional manager, with a successful depth and breadth of experience managing multi site retail locations, and successfully leading large teams, then this may be the opportunity for you to join one of a leading energy drinks manufacturer.
You will be a highly motivated professional with excellent management skills and well developed commercial acumen, with demonstrated success gained in a similar role. ? Lead the area to deliver sales, revenue, performance and customer experience
? Provide leadership and coaching to multiple retail sites to achieve business objectives
? Build and sustain an effective team in the area to meet the business objectives.
? Direct management of company- owned Store Leaders
? Strong leadership capability and a key focus and interest in developing and coaching the team across a multi site retail environment.
? Strong business acumen, particularly in a sales focused retail environment
? Ability to build strong relationships with key business areas, community groups, political interest groups
? Ability to drive business performance.
? Demonstration of customer centricity and be the point of presence for the area
? Proven track record in sales and performance growth within multi site retail operations

¿ Experience in beverages project for MENA (Middle East region) ¿ must have not less than 5 Yrs experience in beverages products!!!!
