Job description

Our client, a Government Company is looking forward to recruit suitable candidates for the above position.

Reporting to the Global Communications VP, you will be responsible for:
¿ Develop and lead the internal communication strategy in line with the Companys overall Strategy and the communications strategy and Human resources and Admin strategy
¿ Develop strategies and implement communication plans that build a culture, especially in an environment where we have a very new workforce and integration is a priority
¿ Develop tools and channels that facilitate and enhance internal communications
¿ Actively contribute to and support change programmes that impact employees
¿ Support the leaders with their communication approach, thereby increasing employee engagement and motivation
¿ Increase knowledge of the Company, mission, vision, values and strategy as well as awareness of the benefits of plastics throughout the Company
¿ Develop and realise a global internal communications strategy and implement communication plans activities, budgets and initiatives
¿ Provide strategic internal communications support and advice to CEO, leadership and managers
¿ Promote our values, mission, vision and strategy to all employees and ensure understanding and engagement
¿ Align internal communication strategies with the Companys strategic direction, across regions and rigorously support Global Communications and HR&As staff communications
¿ Direct and work with Regional Communications Managers to implement Company-wide internal communication plans regionally
¿ Develop state-of-the-art channels and tools to facilitate and enhance internal communications, such as the Intranet, printed and online newsletters, open forums, management tours, presentations, employee engagement sessions, etc
¿ Manage vendors effectively and control expenses against the approved budgets
¿ Be a guardian for, and ensure adherence to, the Borouge corporate identity within the company at all times
¿ Monitor employee engagement and motivation in the company in conjunction with HR&A and propose and support improvement programmes
¿ Encourage employees to become ambassadors for plastics

Minimum Requirements
¿ University and Masters degree
¿ Competence in strategic communications, business and corporate strategy
¿ 10 years of experience in a leading international communications function Leadership experience
¿ Several years experience in internal communications and/or HR communications within a multi-national business environment
¿ Extensive international work experience, in terms of business and culture
¿ Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to manage senior relationships
¿ Superior skills in English and preferably Chinese.
¿ Excellent communication and motivational skills
¿ Excellent organizational skills
¿ Ability to operate in a international multi-cultural environment
¿ Strong team player and able to influence others
