Here is a very good career opportunity for an Individual experienced Project Fit out manager
For our client based in Sharjah.

Responsibilities:
¿ Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
¿ Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
¿ Direct the development and implementation of multiple projects management strategies / plans provide technical and contractual support to Management team for on-time successful completion of projects.
¿ Involved in the design and execution of fit out Projects.
¿ Vendors/Suppliers and other external Agencies to protect company¿s interest and for the execution of assigned projects within the approved time, cost and quality..
¿ Understands basic revenue models, P/L, and cost-to-completion projections and makes decisions accordingly.
¿ Understands our pricing model and billing procedures.
¿ Accurately forecasts revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization.
¿ Assures project legal documents are completed and signed.
