Our client, a leading oil and gas company based in Abu Dhabi is looking forward to recruit Archiving Coordinator

Job Responsibilities
¿ Implements corporate records management policies according to established standards and procedures, and sound records management practices.
¿ Assists in planning, organizing and implementing structured records management programs within the company, incorporating task identification, work scheduling, manpower estimation and progress reporting.
¿ Implements and maintains structured records management programs within the company. Includes: implementation of appropriate records handling standards and procedures; implementation of operational records classification structures, retention schedules and indexing lexicons; and post implementation reviews for compliance and to identify opportunities for improvements
¿ Contributes to the implementation and maintenance of structured records management programs.
¿ Participates in training sessions for records staff and users of records systems.
¿ Reviews the implementation of the corporate records classification structure and corporate records retention schedule and identifies opportunities for improvements.
¿ Provides technical assistance in implementation of technology driven records management solutions.
¿ Performs other similar or related duties, as assigned. Includes providing technical and procedural guidance as required; compiling and issuing progress reports; maintaining all related files, records, etc.

Minimum Requirements
¿ College graduate
¿ Five years experience in archiving.

Nationality Preferred - Indian, Filipino, Malaysian
