Our client, an ADNOC Group Company is looking forward to recruit Material Coordinator.

PURPOSE:-
To identify the requirement of materials for multi disciplines, arrange/co-ordinate between material department and end users in accordance to work schedule for major activities and shutdowns.

BACKGROUND:-
Materials Co-ordinator should have knowledge in multi discipline maintenance activities and materials needed for the same. Due to the nature of critical spares, he is reporting to Instrument Section Head. However, he will have close co-ordination with Shutdown Engineer.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:-
¿ To identify the materials requirement of multi discipline maintenance activities.
¿ To initiate the procurement through Maximo.
¿ To ensure the technical specifications for the right procurement in consultation with discipline engineers.
¿ To ensure technical evaluation is carried out in right time schedule.
¿ To follow up the procurement process with good co-ordination between material department and end users.
¿ To ensure the right materials are received by various inspection methods.
¿ To control and maintain the records for the movement and usage of materials for multi discipline maintenance activities.
¿ To ensure return of non-used materials to Warehouse with proper records.
¿ To ensure optimum usage of material resources.
¿ He will be the custodian of all materials for any major maintenance activities and shutdowns.

To provide a high quality material service to multi disciplines of maintenance department

Minimum Requirements: HCT D. / Equivalent
Additional Requirements: Materials Co-ordinator should have knowledge in multi discipline maintenance activities and materials needed for the same.
