- Can acquire new to bank business & service existing SME relationships
- Portfolio management of Small & Midsized corporate for their Working capital requirements, term finance and trade finance needs.
- Can assess the business module & client requirement covering;
- Financial analytical skills
- Business and industry analysis
- Competition analysis;
- Credit, Legal and Audit compliance & other factors relevant to clients business.
- Market the full range of banking products to all existing and potential clients.
- Visit/Meet the customers to obtain detailed financial and business information & Facility layouts of clients for credit checks and understanding of requirements.
- Ensure that banks credit guidelines are implemented.
- Liaison with documentation Centre of the bank for completion of all Pre and Post Disbursement formalities.
- Maintain existing client relationships and ensure that clients are fully serviced.
- Getting unutilized lines of credit getting disbursed proactively.
- Preparation of daily MIS & monitoring flows on regular basis to control overdue.
- Handling service issues and exception management of existing clients and deepening of relationships with them
