Our client, a French collaborated oil and gas company is looking forward to recruit Oil and Gas Project Leader

Details
¿ Manage Offshore/Onshore Project in their entirely, from the Basic Engineering to Start Up and handover. Act as the prime contact for technical, contractual and commercial interface
¿ To prepare technical dossier to comply with the detail engineering of the Project. Initiate Purchase Order & Follow up of delivery of equipment. Responsible of coordinating the development of the Project with the different discipline Engineers
¿ In charge of preparation of the Pre-commissioning and commissioning activities (ICAPS) following the detailed Engineering
¿ Propose modifications (design, operations, contracts, purchase, tools, routines, etc.,) to improve HSE, SIMOPS, availability & performance
¿ As participant to engineering of new projects, ensure that all procedures & instructions are respected and manage closely the teams involved in the operation to prevent accidents
¿ Estimate the resources and manage the resource scheduling. Liaise with Project Engineers on an ongoing basis
¿ Bachelor of Science with at least 10 years experience on Offshore Project Activities, especially Structural Extension and Piping
