Ensure timely recruitment of required level to meet business needs, Identifying the right selection, sourcing methods, cost effective recruitment strategies.
?Maintain up-to-date recruitment progress report, talent database and all related staffing communications.
?Develop & provide training and staff development programs including induction, motivation, soft skills, process oriented programs, analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
?Job Rotation, Training & Development, Career Pathing, Individual Development programs with expertise in succession planning programs.
?Design, Development and Implementation of Fair Compensation & Benefits System.
?Having good experience in MIS
?
Administration of overtime pay, absences, leave, extended benefits etc
