Our client, a leading oil and gas company is looking forward to recruit Project Control Manager

Duties
¿ To deliver and accountable for Time Management, Cost Management and Information
¿ Management, Change Management and Schedule & Cost Risk Management functions of the mega projects
¿ Establishing and administering the Project Controls Functions of highest standards for Mega Project(s) of Value $ 2 billion to $ 5 billion and accountable for delivery of projects within agreed targets of project budget, schedule and objectives
¿ To ensure that the correct and appropriate project governance (control tools, systems and processes) is applied and maintained for successful delivery of Project in professional manner and aligned to Business objectives
¿ To provide proactive, comprehensive, reliable data analysis and strategic information for the Project Management
¿ Responsible for delivery of program management and interface management functions for simultaneous handling of multiple packages with multiple packages with multiple global contractors

Experience
¿ Bachelors Degree in Engineering with 18-20 years diversified engineering experience in Oil and Gas industry including project management, planning, cost estimating and cost controls with at least 4-6 years in a supervisory capacity focusing on Project controls of projects in the upstream sector from inception to operations
¿ Experience and demonstrated skill in supervising, performing and presenting cost control and analysis, schedule development, control and analysis and overall project reporting activities
¿ Skilled in oral and written communication with demonstrated skill to present planning & scheduling and cost information to management and Stake holders
¿ Extensive experience on usage of Primavera (P6) and MS Project
¿ Capability to accept responsibilities and accomplish project objectives in a timely & professional manner. Strong organization skills and ability to function effectively and independently in an environment of competing priorities
¿ Knowledge of general EPC contracts issues, Design issues, standards, codes, specifications, yard fabrication methods, offshore construction operations, Oil and Gas operations and commissioning activities
¿ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with excellent command of English
